Boundary

A custom piece commissioned by a client who is passionate about astrophysics and existentialism, topics that I also find fascinating. This piece represents the boundary between earth and space, knowledge and the unknown, science and paradox.

I wrote thermodynamics equations in white crayon underneath the layers, to capture the feeling of curiosity and anticipation associated with the expansion of the universe, and our knowledge of it, through physics and philosophy.
